New digital care assistant
With the new SafeSense® 3 nursing assistant, not only can fall management be optimised via the bed exit sensor technology, but a valuable contribution to pressure ulcer prevention can be made thanks to integrated movement monitoring.
SafeSense® 3 consists of a completely contactless, patented sensor pad that is positioned under the mattress and detects the smallest changes in pressure in real time. This allows the movement activity of residents or patients to be recorded and, with the help of the visualised data, valuable conclusions can be drawn about their individual movement profile.
Fewer control rounds and deprivation of liberty measures, but more resident safety, that is the declared goal of the new technology.
