SafeLift convinces the jury of the IF Design Award

After our new Mobilization Assistant was awarded the German Design Award in January, the product receives another prestigious design award with the IF Design Award.
SafeLift won over the 67-member jury, made up of independent experts from all over the world, with its innovative operating concept. The competition was intense: 6,375 entries were submitted from 52 countries in hopes of receiving the seal of quality.

SafeLift is a revolutionary mobilization aid and  offers the simplest operation so that residents can adjust their bed independently and set it to the best mobilization position for them. At the same time, they can support themselves when standing up on the SafeLift controller. This promotes residents’ selfmobilization, reduces staff calls for bed adjustment and frees up care.

About the IF Award

For 66 years, the iF DESIGN AWARD has been recognized as an arbiter of quality for exceptional design. The iF label is renowned worldwide for outstanding design services, and the iF DESIGN AWARD is one of the most important design prizes in the world. Submissions are awarded in the following disciplines: Product, Packaging, Communication and Service Design/UX, Architecture and Interior Architecture as well as Professional Concept. All awarded entries are featured on the iF WORLD DESIGN GUIDE, in the iF design app and are displayed at the iF design exhibition Hamburg.
