Cardiac chair position
The sprint 100 can be moved from a flat lying position to the cardiac chair position for optimal treatment and care of the patient.
Breathing and circulation can thus be supported effectively and quickly even in critical situations.

Simple adjustment option
With hydraulics and gas spring mechanism, the transport couch with 4-section mattress support surface can be easily and quickly brought into the cardiac chair position.

As needed
With the four-sided braking system, access to the brake is guaranteed at all times and enables a fast reaction time and thus transport without unnecessary
loss of time. The accessibility of the brake function is on demand and without additional loss of time due to the change of position.

Light and simple
The brakes are easy to release and are activated by pushing the foot lever down instead of pulling it up in each case. This minimizes the effort required and supports ergonomic working.

Good driveability
The retractable 5th roller allows the sprint 100 to be driven and maneuvered smoothly over uneven floors and possible obstacles such as elevator entrances and thresholds. This significantly increases patient comfort and safety. To achieve better shock absorption, the castor is spring-loaded. With its diameter of 16mm, obstacles can be easily overcome.

Underride capability
To make the stretcher fully compatible for the use of different medical equipment such as C-arms or X-ray equipment, the 5th roller can be retracted or extended. By simply pressing the foot lever, the
5th roller is retracted under the chassis, making room for undercarriage of medical equipment.

Safe, practical and operable with one hand
In clinical practice, integrated infusion stands on transport couches are often used as push handles. The sprint 100 offers a safer and more practical design here, where the infusion stands can be pushed in and folded away with one hand. Common infusion stands often break when used as push handles. The IV&Drive feature of the sprint 100 is particularly robust, both to minimize the risk of damage and associated follow-up costs, and to optimize procedures for staff.
