With its 2-cell alternating pressure, the Air2Care family can offer numerous advantages in the prevention of pressure ulcers as part of a targeted wound management strategy.
 

Your benefits at a glance

  • The single cell design utilizes check valves that allow cells to be vented individually. This allows pressure relief to be provided to individual patient's body areas can be achieved - e.g., at the heels.
  • The 2-cell alternating pressure system redistributes pressure in alternating pressure mode, providing reperfusion to the areas of skin being relieved.
  • Automatic detection of a tilted backrest: The Air2Care mattress starts to fill with additional air when it detects that the backrest is tilted by 30°.
 
The choice of different cycle times allows to find the optimal balance between pressure reduction by the selected alternating pressure interval and patient comfort.
